This vinaigrette uses 15 cloves of roasted garlic. Toss it with fresh greens. Use it as a dipping sauce for veggies or just drizzle some on a slice of crusty bread.
- Add rice wine vinegar
- Add handful of herbs (oregano, thyme and or basil work well with garlic)
- Chop in Blender
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 15 cloves roasted garlic finely chopped
- Pepper to taste
- Mix in Blender
